Quality, Guarantee and Returns Policy

 

FAMEDIC may accept the return of any product as long as it complies with each and every one of the conditions set forth in the following Returns Policy:

 

- The maximum period for merchandise returns shall be 30 days from the date of delivery of the product (except surgical masks). In the event that the newly acquired merchandise is missing or physically damaged, these must be reported within this time.

- Merchandise that is in optimal condition will be accepted for exchange or return: complete, in perfect condition for sale, sealed, and with packaging.

- Merchandise will be exchanged or returned where the batch number corresponds to that of the invoice received by the customer.

We inform you a product cannot be accepted for return or exchange if it meets any of the following cases:

1. The product was used

2. The product packaging or boxes have non-original labels or are violated; are scratched, damaged, dirty or otherwise mistreated.

3. The packaging or boxes are not original or open.

4. The product is expired or out obsolete.

5. The product was sold with a special or auction promotion.

 

NOTE:

COMPANIA LIMITADA FAMEDIC will assume the additional cost of correcting the returns that arise due to the situations that are mentioned below and will respond immediately if the case is known:

a) The product received does not correspond to the one invoiced.

b) When the amounts do not coincide with those invoiced to the client.

c) The delivered product has manufacturing defects. In any case and as a quality control, the client must always inform in writing the reason for the return.

 

To return the product the customer must send an email to contacto@dhisve.com, explaining the reasons for the return and attaching photographs of the product, if the return is approved, the customer may send the product along with the invoice or a copy of it to proceed to make the exchange of the product or the refund of your money.

 

 

Users must provide certain personal data, freely and voluntarily at the time of registration.

 

The Personal Data provided will be used by Compania Limitada Famedic for the purposes set forth in the following Terms and Conditions:

 

a) To provide relevant information about Compania Limitada Famedic products.

b) To promote offers, discounts or special information about Dhisve products. For this, users authorize Compania Limitada Famedic to use all means and/or channels contained in the information provided, whether personal or of their legal representatives, to promote such information, including home addresses, e-mails or telephone numbers.

The Portal is for the personal use of the user, so you may not market it in any way.

The User will be responsible for all operations carried out in his Account, since access to the same is restricted to the entry and use of his password, of exclusive knowledge of the User.

 

7. ORDER PLACEMENT

The client must register on the website and follow the instructions within it.

To select the desired product you must write the quantity to buy and add it to the cart.

Once the product selection process has been completed, you must continue with the payment process.

The customer may correct at any time errors in the data he has entered, change the contents of the shopping cart, by adding or deleting one or more products, he can also cancel the entire order during the payment before sending his order. Compania Limitada Famedic will not be responsible for any virus that could infect the User's electronic devices as a result of the access, use or examination of its website or as a result of any transfer of data, files, images, texts, or audio contained therein. The Users may NOT impute any responsibility or demand payment for loss of profits, by virtue of damages resulting from technical difficulties or failures in the systems or on the Internet. Compania Limitada Famedic does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access to and use of its site. The system may eventually be unavailable due to technical difficulties or Internet failures, or due to any other unrelated circumstances.
